Monsanto Grant $1000 - Safety Materials

This year, we received $1000 from Monsanto Education grant to purchase safety material- all brand new goggles and glasses plus a $300 Spill Control Center in case of a spill.  In all laboratory activities safety always comes first but our goggles were falling apart.   Our glasses were so scratched  up that it was hard to see and it was also so worn out that it did not stay on properly on our students.  The glasses are quite costly so I could not ask to purchase them from department money.  Instead we were able to purchase them with the money provided by Monsanto.  Monsanto, thank  you so much for your support for our children's education and moreover, safety.
