Day 1:
Started with an activity:  Stand up, Hand up, Pair Up - great first day activity

1.  At signal, STAND UP with your HAND UP high.
2.  PAIR UP with someone you don't know.
3.  Introduce yourselves.
4.  Take turns sharing your sentences frames and getting to know one another.

Mentor/Menttee Tension - how to deal with it.  

I was glad to be part of this exercise.  It was a bit of catharsis due to my tension with the neighboring teacher.  I learned that empathy is the key.  I will be working on that.
