1st Day
Training – Review of the Basics
Instructor: Tyler Orikasa, BHS tech. coordinator
1. Logged into our
drive then learned that we get a copy of shared items in our email so deleted
that.
2. Waffle – 9 dots of
apps (haha) Three hot dogs – settings (hahaha)
3. Calendar –
learned to add Goggle calendar and learned to invite people for meetings and
video conferencing.
4. Google Forms – We
learned how to make forms
2nd Day
Training – Flubaroo
We made Google forms before coming to our session
today. Sent out the forms and added
Flubaroo to our response sheet then had it graded using the program. Finally emailed back scores and corrected
form with an answer key.
We all joined Google+.
We added people to our Google hangout.
Finally we added goggle voice plugin.
We hung out at Google Hangout doing Video conferencing.
3rd Day
Training
I had dentist appointment in the morning so I was late for this session.1. Autocrat – added to spreadsheet

need to study on my own but I don’t think I will use much of it in my
classroom.

Find templates of choice.
Need time to browse
4. Google classroom - Doctopus + Goobric
It can attach rubric grade and can be edited by students
over and over.
To do after…..
1. I will use
Flubaroo for collecting student demographic info. for all classes.
2. I will use
calendar to keep class due dates and test dates.
3. I will explore to
find more apps to use in my classroom.
4. Check out what I
missed on the last day.
